Minimize all windows

Maximize All Windows Until They Are Restored

This action minimizes all open windows to the task bar when you move your mouse to the selected region. The windows will remain minimized until you restore or close them. They can be restored manually or by using the Restore all maximized windows action.

There is also a momentary Maximize all windows action.
